I work at a weightlifters place and they noted me my squat is "awful" because of my back.
I do have a serious butt-wink, but I couldn't figure myself what's so awful.

You could stand to be quite a bit tighter at the bottom. Knees, low back, everything. But it's not the worst squat I've ever seen.
