    Default Compare squats check

    • starting strength seminar august 2024

    I'm trying to avoid knee travel while my left knee is healing.

    They look about the same, breaking at the hips before the knees, trying to stay too vertical.

    What about these I was essentially told these where g2g? No

    115kg my last workout.... But I perfected the form earlier during the first few weeks

    Those were better from a breaking at the hips and knees together standpoint, but still lacked hip drive.

    On this on the platform video notice how chase tilts forward a inch before demonstrating the correct squat? Is that ok I have been doing similar and has helped a great deal
