Nice people, I am back and I hope better than ever. Thank you for ALL your help, I will think about you each time I squat.

I did 5 x 270 and was kaput, but then I accidentally deleted the last rep of my work set when I was cutting the video. I wanted to post a full set of five squats and to motivate my lazy self to do one more set, I took off 5 pounds as a treat.

I know I need to keep my head down and not bob it. I know I am shuffling too much on my walk-out. On it.

looks to me like your drop down. Need to sit back more. Tough angle but I suspect your knees are coming way over your toes.

think about sitting back. hip and knee break at same time. once you are about half way down you set your knees.

You are right, my knees are coming in front of my toes and I am dropping rather than sitting back. Thank you. That will be the next thing I work on. I appreciate it very much.

I think I sort of got the "sitting back" part on reps 2,4, and 5of this set, but not 1 or 3. Agreed?

    Thank you!
