I'm looking to buy my first weight belt but I have no idea what's good. I live in the u.k so any one from England who's bought one could you share your experience.

Thanks guys iv ordered the maxi muscle belt. Just one question what is the difference between a power belt and a weightlifting belt?

Powerlifting and any decent belt will be the same width all the way around, where as a 'weightlifting' belt tapers to a narrower width at the front.

International postage?

Don't know. I didn't catch that you were international. If you email him, he'll figure out the postage, I am sure. He'll want you to measure your middle right around your belly button. He'll then customize the belt to your size (with your hole in the middle) and all the other holes getting bigger and smaller from there.

Can't speak beyond that however.
