Squat Bounce
I recently started using a real 4" belt. When I squat, it feels like I'm somehow bouncing off the belt out of the hole. Is this even possible? Or do you think I just coincidently stumble across the correct squat bounce form at this time?
I guess I could try squatting without the belt to see if I can duplicate the effect, but wearing it gives me a confidence boost that most likely improves my form.

I share your impression. The belt makes the bottom feel very stable and strong, though its effect on the stability of the lumbar spine and the active hip concept we talk about in the CF Journal.
