Ok. It's almost xmas and the end of the year so i can get away with saying this and not seem like too much of a nuthugger.

I'm sure i'm not alone in wishing to thank Mark Rippetoe for maning this forum and patiently dealing, well almost , with all us fools all year.

We are all rather simple creatures and many of us still need the voice of authority to tell us to drink our fucking milk, squat or be a pussy interspersed with the rare legitamate questions every now and again.
