    Default Work schedule

    Hi Andy,

I'm a 38 yo previous lifter that took 8 months off and am restarted the novice phase. Things are progressing nicely in all the lifts and I'm gaining weight.

I'm a new hospitalist and my schedule is 7 days of 12-14 hours followed by 7 days off.

During weeks off I'm great making the progress and sticking with the schedule. On work weeks I'm lucky if I can devote an hour to training a couple times a week.

The question: Would it be reasonable on work weeks to Squat/Bench/Squat/Press/Deadlift one lift a day for some amount of sets x reps at the previous weeks work sets weight and continue linear progress on non working weeks? Or another suggestion would be welcome.

    Thanks,
    David

Yeah, I think that is reasonable.
