Youtube has a feature that allows you to flip a video once it's uploaded. Which you might be better off doing, I can't see too many wanting to download a video from an unknown source (which I'm being forced to do when I click the link).
Here's two videos of the same set from my last workout please tell me how it looks how can I make it better. Apologies for the second video cant work out how to flip it right side up.

I don't use YouTube bud shot it on the iPhone and apparently it has no way to flip the video after its taken
It's not really an unknown source just a link to a web video hosted on photo bucket a well know site
May I suggest the open source tool avidemux to edit (e.g., rotate) and trim your videos? There are probably other suitable choices but this is what I use.
