Here's my latest working set (deloaded to work on form):

    http://youtu.be/EYc3IdNv1Rs

    I notice:

Improved hip height, shoulder blades over bar, fairly straight bar path (compare to this one.)

Still have some upper back rounding. Rec's for working on that (assistance exercises, etc.) most appreciated!

    Thanks for looking.

    This looks pretty good.

This is a matter of squeezing your chest up. Point your tits at the wall, as spar might say.

I swear I am aiming my bodacious ta-tas at the wall as best I can; I suspect it's my crappy, dirt-sniffing landscaper, now desk jockey posture that's causing that rounding. I am doing chins, seated rows, mob exercises--so the rounding is not as awful as it has been.

Perhaps looking up a bit more might bring your chest up a bit more?

I think in the book it says to set your eye gaze roughly between 12' and 15' feet away.

    edit:

It appears the internets at work has failed. This is a duplicate post and can be removed.

In looking at my video again, it does seem as though I have my "squat gaze" on. I'll try looking up a bit more next time.

    Yes, the shoes. I know.

Squat gaze is what popped in my head as soon as I saw the video haha

If you do get shoes, I don't recommend the Adidas PowerLifts. I wasn't all that pleased with them and I'm currently in the process of replacing them.

7 years of landscape construction and now one year at a desk. I know that feel bro.

Also, I can highly recommend Rogue Do-wins. Just got some on the recommendation of people much stronger than I am, I do not regret it.
