I tried this on Friday (7-29) and Monday (8-1) and it helps a LOT. Turns out I've been squatting wrong all this time! I'm about three months in, and I did 270 lb for 3x5 today. Like the poster above mentioned, this really helps tightening like a coil on the way down and bouncing out the bottom
