If you can get more weight on the bar, do it. Hit 525 for a single and then maybe back off 5% and do 4x1 or 2x2
Last 4 weeks of squats due to work/family stuff:
VD 454x5x5 / ID 510x1x5
VD missed / ID 515x1x5
VD missed / ID 520x1
VD 456x5x4, 4 / ID 520x1
I will get 456x5x5 next VD. I should've repeated 454x5x5, but I'm stubborn.
Part of me wants to keep ID at 520 until I get the 5 singles across because it's got me riled, but should I reset it to 515x1x5 instead?
