3 set of 8 reps ramped 68%,73%, 78% of projected 1RM respectively. Move projected 1RM up 5 lbs each week
1RM from USAPL meet 3 weeks ago
Squat 325
Bench 259
Deadlift 392
Want to run this for 10 weeks then lower to 5s,4s, 3s and singles start 8 weeks from meet in Sept.
Does this look about right? Is it too much or not enough? Have made great gains following your articles regarding HLM just wanted some specific help.
