If i put the Split Squat as an accessory exercise in the 4D TM Split, how would it be? Can you give me the schedule and sets & reps for this modification? Maybe alternating Squats and Split Squats on a weekly basis like Bench Press & Press, for example, Week1: Mon. Squat 5x5, Thu. Squat 1x5 and Light Split Squat 2x6, Week2: Mon. Split Squat 4x6 (Or 3x8), Thu. Split Squat 1x6, Squat 2-3x5?

What is a split squat, and why would you do it?

Don’t listen to Rip, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about! And DEFINITELY don’t read his book! Do those split squats! Don’t forget your compression shorts, sleeveless shirt, and matching weightlifting gloves to protect your hands, cos those 45s – ouch!
