I think this will be an excellent starting point. Learn the lifts, train hard, and keep your head down. In a year you'll should be 175lbs or so and squatting low 300's for reps :-)
Hi Jordan,
I want to start the program before the new year starts and I would like to get a handle on the diet side of things from the start.
Stats
age: 24
height: 5'8
weight: 135
bf: ~17-18%
current intake: unknown
After reading your article I'm came up with these numbers 2730/kcal: 200p/325c/70f
Is this a correct startingpoint for someone that doesn't cary much lean muscle and isn't very lean either? And then a 200kcal bump when the weightgain stops?
Thanks.

Those numbers sound good to me.
