    Hi there,

    Thank you for taking the time to read my post. This is my 3rd set of squats tonight. I believe myself that I am standing a bit narrow and possibly have the bar placed a bit high. Any thoughts on my form is much appreciated. Thanks again.

    This is a good highbar squat.

    Put the bar lower on your back, reach back with your ass, and lean over.

    Thank you for your help! I will keep working on things. Do you mind seeing if these look better?

    It's bit lighter at 185 but I want to have good form.

    You have marginally improved in all the above-mentioned areas.

    Bar still needs to be lower, more ass back, and more lean over.

    Look at your knees, they are traveling forward for the entire descent, lock them in place halfway down plus everything Roy said.
