Hi Coach - hoping for a bit of feedback on this deadlift. I am 40yo, 224lbs, 5'8"
- Am I dropping my hips too much when I'm setting my back?
- I started to lose grip after 4th rep. Tried a quick fix before pulling the last rep, but I still slipped on the descent. Using chalk and hook grip. I don't think it's a major issue (prob just need a bit more chalk next time), but is it too early to start thinking of using straps?
- Any other noticeable issues?

If your chalked hook grip won't hold, you'll have to use an alternate grip.
