First set your back tighter, more Chest Up. Second stop fiddling with your grip so much before that first deadlift. Eventually it will lead to and incorrect start position. You may end up moving the bar slightly in front or behind of mid foot and that can ruin a heavy deadlift. Third don't puss out.
Otherwise they looked pretty good. Keep up the good work
