Lifting shoes help everything, consider getting some. There might be a slight early armbend. All in all they look good to me, just need to keep on adding weight.

Agree with DV: you bend your arms. Try to focus on shrugging your shoulders as you jump, keeping your arms straight.

I'm still doing the "slow from the floor, fast at the jump" thing from when I learned first learned this lift. Should I be switching to a smoother motion starting at the floor?
