    Hey Mark,

I own Starting Strength, awesome book, and just recieved Practical Programing in the mail today.

A couple things I would like to discuss.

First is the muscles running along my spine, the ones on my right are much bigger and harder than the left side. Is this just a case of an imbalance? and what can I do to fix it?

Also, not sure if its related, but sometimes I get low back pain, almost feels like its in my hip, but its only on the left, never in the center or right. It only seems to come from what I beleive to be overtraining or downright bad form. Ive recently restructured my routine and have been recording all squats and deadlifts. The pain hasnt returned, yet.

Are these two issues related possibly? Is it probably just a form isssue?

You probably have some degree of scoliosis, possibly the result of a short leg. Read.
