A few days ago, I hit 310x5x3. Today, I went for 315 and hit it for a grindy set of 4 and then another set of 1. I just couldn't get it up after the first rep on the second set. I'm clearly not keeping the bar in a straight line in this set. Is my form breaking down as the weights get heavier or is this just too heavy?

Caution: this is an ugly set.

I should've edited it, but there is a function on Youtube that brings up a thumbnail when you drag your cursor over the time. It begins at around 1 minute.

You're raising your chest, not driving your hips.

It's a pretty shitty angle to evaluate a squat, but Brodie is right.

Alright, thanks. I'll focus on working on my hip drive.

I've seen a trainer at my gym making his trainee do something similar, sans box. there must be some new training technique video on the you tubes advocating it as mobility training.

Get the camera up a little higher when you repost.
