Supermax by f4thpathway
Hit a wall on LP. I am now seriously considering the Supermax regimen put together by f4thpathway. I would post in the "msignh challenge" thread, but there is a possible malware in there on that thread.
With the 4 day split are the 4 main lifts all you do or do you do assistance work to compliment each main lift of Squat, Press, Deadlift, and Bench?
I am also confused about the area with wk1,2,3,4 and the listing of front squats. When are front squats done?
