3 week Squat cycle
Hi, Andy what are your thoughts on doing a rotation of regular Squats and pause Squats doing 3x5, 3x3 and 3x1?

I think I'd rather you just squat according to that cycle once per week and then later in the week do some lighter pause squats for sets of 5. The added lighter squats would keep your volume up, especially on the week of 3s and 1s where overall squat volume is very low
