The chances are Mark already has a swell-head from seeing the huge amount of progress in such little time & success of his novice lifters, but I thought I'd make a thread dedicated to showing him that us whom coach ourselves after reading his books also make good progress.
I myself have been on SS for 11months(yes, I know, it's considered quite a long time for SS) now & I'm still continuing to progress each workout(so why the hell not stay on it?),with no prior training experience.
