    Default Question for Coach Rippetoe about sprints

    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    I saw on your YouTube channel you dont reccomend cardio for novices. If i was to add cardio now that i am an intermediate lifter what is my best option? Sprints, circuit training, kettlebell swings, jump rope. If sprints, how many days a week and how long should the sprints total distance be.

    Prowler is the preferred conditioning tool for those lifters who can productively use conditioning.
