You and the SS team have truly kept the spirit of 1776 alive and well. Strength was valued in a mental, spiritual, and physical sense. I thank you from saving me from the affects of the pussification of the American man. Rather than begin for video games, my 7 year old son begs me to go do deadlifts and pull-ups in the garage with him. His form is trash but I'll get him there. You alone may have saved an entire species.
