When you say light 5x5 what % of your 5rm are you talking?

Also if I wanted to skip the upper body accesory but throw in some cardio at the end, what would you recommend, if at all. I have a c2 rower.
24 yr male,intermediate, 6ft, 270lbs, 3k diet, 6 hr sleep daily, full time student/worker. Chaotic lifestyle. I want to run this Friday and Sunday when I don't have classes.
Current lifts(not best bc I'd have to go look them up, run of ss after layoff)
Squat: 415x3x5
Dead: 480x1x5
Press: 217.5x3x5
Bench: 295x3x5

10-20% less than your last heavy single set of 5. The stronger you are the more offset there will be.
