A side note on this form check: I love the dedication. For all the concerns people raise (mostly people not on this forum) of not being able to get to the gym, no money, etc. This dude put his squat rack in his freaking kitchen! This proves, if there is a will, there is a way. Although, for those of us who are married, the a gym fee is probably much cheaper than a divorce attorney...which is likely what would happen with squat racks in my kitchen.
