Does anyone know how Lamar is holding up today? I found nothing through google. Now that he is older how did the training effect him? Did he need a surgery in the end? I´am asking because i refuse to get that stupid operation done to my spine. Just won´t give in to that.

When I lived in CO from 2009-2011, I did a few PL meets and remember seeing him from time to time. Seemed to be doing just fine. Very nice, humble guy. I think he still lives in the Denver area and does fitness related work.
