Is there a benefit to power snatching alone? For a trainee who is unable to power clean (long forearms), should a power snatch ever be added to the program? I took your advice a while back and substituted a light deadlift instead of the power clean. But as deadlifting frequency decreases, I'm not sure whether another light deadlift day or a power snatch is the right move.
