    Coach,

Ok I will probably get crucified for this post, but WTF. I can't seem to make gains in strength or body composition. Lifts will not go up. Stuck at 225 squat, 135 bench, 275 dead. I am really fat fucked too. Man boobs. I need a freakin manziere I think. I even did a powerlifting course that focused on a lot of auxiliary exercises but I am still a weak fool. I just want to get to the next level. I am 45, 190#, 5'8". Have followed you since 2007 and I should be a beast by now, but far f'n from it. Please help this Canadian fool.

yeah, we're going to need more info.

    +1, what Lex asked . . .

if those check out (calories, macros, etc). . . .

how long resting between sets?; poundage increases?; etc.

since 2007? . . .even if doing a couple of things wrong ^ should still be some kind of progress over 9 years.

have you had your test checked?
