Starting strength after injury
I am an intermediate lifter, I have made great gains on the Texas method, although did not use starting strength before. However I am now injured (stretched ACL) and have been told I cannot squat or in fact do much at all for atleast 3 months. My question is after this time and the de-training effects, should I begin training again with starting strength? Or jump straight into an intermediate programme? Technically am I still intermediate or will I revert back to a beginner?

You will revert back to beginner and can do a short LP to get near to where you were pre-injury. Then go on to TM again.
