    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    Height: 5'8"
    Weight: 165 lb
    Age: 30

    Those look pretty good. My two comments are don't overextend your spine at the top and keep adding weight to the bar.
