Tough to say without being there to see. Your first couple workouts should not have any genuinely grindy reps, however.
Hi all,
Today I did my first LP workout. I worked up to loads where the bar slowed down, but I think I may have loaded up so that it slowed down too much. At the end of my final set on each exercise I would say that I would have failed attempting a sixth rep.
Should I back off the load for the next workout and if so how much?
