I just accepted a job offer to train at a local country club and during the interview I was asked if I had read SS and if not they wanted me to read it as a requirement of the job. Have you heard this before Rip?

First I've heard of it. An interesting development.

That has to feel good. Won't be long before a SSC counts as a certification to get employment at gyms.

I'm always amazed at the intentional slow growth of your organization. I've said it in other threads, so many others would go for the quick cash grab and grow at a rate that would dilute the quality.

Most gyms would be unstaffed, then.

How many SSCs are there now? And how many being made each month?

    For practical purposes, most are.

Most gyms are already unstaffed. They're just supervised.

Yep. Was saying that the SSC will be equivalent to all the other certs that will get you a job, not be a requirement.
