Hi,

I'm 10 weeks out from a distal bicep tendon rupture repair. Range of motion is now back to normal (pronation still a little off but improving) and I don't have any pain. The Physical Therapist just started to introduce bicep and tricep isometrics last week. She's been pretty much against me doing any type of pressing movement (pushups, presses, bench press). Which, I feel is being overly conservative.

Any opinions on when it's safe to start introducing light pressing? I tested things out a bit this weekend with the just the bar and didn't have any discomfort.
