    Hello everyone,
It's me,back at sucking at squatting.
Look,I know, you probably hate me,but I really can't get past this stupid movement,I keep goodmorning it over and over again.
I've deloaded more times that I can remember, tried cueing fucking everything and tried slowing down my descent to basically a 3-2-0 tempo squat.
Coaches aren't an option because I live ino Italy AND I'm a broke 16 year old.
I'm not on the LP,I sleep between six and seven hour per night and eat everything.
Bodyweight is around 85-87 kg at a pretty fat 1.70 m.
If someone has a alternative way to cue knees out and tight back I would really appreciate that.

Stop squatting so deep and divebombing your squats. And bend over more on the descent.Think about squatting high and maintaining tension throughout the whole lift for your next few sessions and see if that helps

As Royce said going down without control like that should be avoided. I didn't see you doing that in your last videos, though, so I'm not sure how that started. And yeah I agree you're going lower than necessary which probably contributes to your back losing tightness.

Today was the first time it happened, because going down any slower felt like I was gonna get crushed.

So I should "sit back" further?

I would focus on just ‘squatting high’. I think that will fix a lot of your issues. After that, we will see what’s up.

Take note of the rear view video at 1:01 and 1:03 when you breath in. See how you get tight and the bar raises, you want to be like that during the rep.
