Working set of squats at 215 lbs. Sorry my feet are not in the video. Need to rearrange the garage. One week removed from a Squat Camp in Omaha.

    Thanks!

Hard to say much from this angle. You're a little too deep in the first part of the set. Get tighter.

Things are looking pretty solid. Bar path looks to come a little forward on the descent, so being able to see your feet will definitely show if that's the case. Definitely tighten up!

Thank you Jeff and Jesse. I will try to get a better angle next time. At the Squat Camp I struggled with keeping my lower back tight and going too deep. I'm sure these are related issues. Any cues to help me get a tighter lower back?

Is this any better? I tried to cut them off before my lower got loose. I think I need to narrow my stance a hair.

I think your stance may actually be o.k. But you do need to lock out at the top. Lock your knees and when you start the descent, break at the hips and knees simultaneously. With your knees already bent, you kind of get screwed up with the hip action. Look a little more down.
