Hello, I have Ben struggling with my form lately and this is my 3rd time posting a Form check here. Have been focusing on knees out, sitting back more and trying to not have any knee slide. What do you guys think about it now?

I'm not sure if I am really tighter than before. Put on a belt and some weight. But not sure how to get tighter other than that
