    Hello, I have Ben struggling with my form lately and this is my 3rd time posting a Form check here. Have been focusing on knees out, sitting back more and trying to not have any knee slide. What do you guys think about it now?

    You think it's better now? You also told me last time I have to get tighter overall..

    Those look pretty solid to me. I'm going to follow along to see if I can learn anything from others' feedback.

    I'm not sure if I am really tighter than before. Put on a belt and some weight. But not sure how to get tighter other than that
