    Age: 23 Male
    Height: 175cm (5ft 9in)
    BW: 97.65kg (215lbs)
    Working weight: 117.5x5x3 (250bs)
    Best SQ: 147,5x5 (325lbs) Done @ 25 Dec 2017



    Notes:
    1) Last workout I stopped @ 117.5x5x2 cuz of knee pain. No knee pain now.
    2) 2nd set seems shallow.
    3) After 3rd set my low back was achy.
    4) Training with singlet - practice for a meet @ Sat (friendly local meet)

    After your meet, work on breaking at the hips a little more and a little earlier. You're starting your descent with a little too much knee bend too soon.

    Yes, I've been having a lot of knee issues lately (aches, pains). I used to leave my knees behind a lot in the past. Recently I used TUBOW to fix this issue. It seems like I've started over exaggerating the knees forward. Thanks!
