    Hello guys!

    it's my first post in the forum, and I'm not very familiar with the rules yet, feel free to correct me if need be.

    I would like to know in general how my squatting is doing, I have been using the low bar technique for 1 month, and I would like to improve it, feel free to make any correction.

    This was the last sets of squats (3 sets of 6 across with 117,5kg / 259,04lb).

    I think your breathing is off. You should breath in your belly, not in your chest.
    Your belly should get bigger when breathing.
