    Default Elbows and Press

Quick question for you guys. I've noticed when I'm pressing my elbows tend to move "out" (sideways). I start with my elbows in front of the bar, and then when I push up my elbows push out sideways before lockout. I think my lats are more used this way, as opposed to if I force them "in", when I feel my triceps doing more of the work.

I've had a look at SS (the text in the app), but didn't see anything on elbowing positioning on the drive up. Should I leave them out (which feels natural), keep them "in" or does it not matter?

    Cheers.

IMHO, the longer I keep my elbows in line, that is, in front of me, the more effective my Press is. When they flare, most movement happens laterally (the elbows going wide) rather than vertically (the bar going up).
