    Default Bar forward of midfoot

I was the guy who kept coming up on his toes at the recent WF SS seminar. I've been trying to correct and get the bar path to be vertical over the midfoot. I've made some progress at this, mostly by focusing on making my knees stop moving forward, but I still can't quite do it. It's usually forward at the bottom, and always forward as I drive up.

Worst to best example of bar position over time:

Here is recent video from last session. Took a shot from the side so horizontal bar travel is more obvious. I can take it from a different angle if proffered.

    Appreciate the help

Your video is private, but your last two frames look pretty good.

Can you get me a rear oblique? You are definitely shifting to your toes, but I cannot see if you are putting your knees out at all. That may the fix for you. In general, your descent is tentative. You need to be in balance. If you are shifting to your toes, think: heels. That will probably get you into the middle of your foot.
