My wife and I finally got the chance to get our form checked out by some SSC certified coaches this last Saturday in Newport, NC. It was a long haul (10 hours round trip), but we had a blast and got some much needed correction on a few points that we had missed from reading the books. If anyone in the area of coastal Carolina is interested in training with a coach, my wife and I cannot recommend Josh and Shelly enough. The gym was well outfitted, air conditioned and clean. If anyone was on the fence about attending the SS Seminar there in July I would absolutely not hesitate to register. You won't be disappointed.

This is a great community. It doesn't always show on the forums, so if you ever get the chance to meet or work with any of the SSC certified coaches I highly recommend it. They're good people and good at what they do.
