    I've done 300 something for 3 sets of 5 when my DL was in the mid-low 400. I used straps though.

    My 1RM raw deadlift is 235kg (518 lbs). I've Romanian deadlifted 170kg (375 lbs) for a set of 10.

    I think you'll get different percentages depending on how deep the RDLs are and how much knee bend is involved. But I've RDLed 350x12 to the floor and DL 450x9 touch and go. If I punch the numbers into ExRx.nets 1rm calc I get an RDL thats 80% of my DL.

    If you're touching the floor it's not really a RDL unless your flexibility is fabulous.

    Or if you have really long legs and your conventional deadlift has a mostly horizontal back to begin with. I think my RDL's are only 2-3 inches off the ground before I have to start bending knees more or losing lowback extension. Depends how wide I make my grip too.
