Spreading out the 3 day training week.
Rip,
I train at a gym with 2 power racks—all 4 lifts must be done at these stations. Also, the time when I can train is during the after-work busy period. Therefore, given I take my time and get proper rest between sets, workouts take fucking forever and are a huge pain in the ass. Given that I am contractually bound to the gym until December, do you have any way of spreading out the nine weekly lifts over more than 3 workouts?

Do it any way you can, alternating presses with pulls and squats.
