    Default Gyms in Baltimore

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Can anyone point me to a no nonsense gym in the Baltimore Maryland area?..I'm in town this week for work I need to be able to squat,dead, power clean, press, grunt on heavy sets and use chalk...

    Ask Gary Gibson, Im sure I remember him saying he has trained in a few places in baltimore.

    I agree with the above - the Merritt gyms have actual power racks.

    The downtown Merritt even has a room for Olympic lifting, but I think you have to get separate permission from whoever manages that equipment, as I don't think it is owned by the Merritt itself.

    starting strength coach development program
    hey bud. exile fitness on rt 40. its got a monolift, couple squat racks, heavy duty bench. its a powerlifting gym for real.
