Hi guys need some help with understanding what to do once my squats get to heavy I'm BW 78kg and last night I did 120kg 3x5 however I'm not sure how much heavier I can go my press, power clean and deadlift can still go up a bit more, if you reach your best 3x5 on press do you include push press? Could one do 3,2,3,2 or 2x5 etc or high rep squats?

There is a whole book written about just this topic.

I am sorry to hear about your illness. I hope you are able to put on some weight when you recover.

One word: Steak and Shake. If you doubt that this is one word, you aren't from the south.

To answer the OP's post, once you have run out your linear progression and workout to workout progress ceases to be possible, then you move to a program where weekly progress is the goal. The details of that transition are more individualized than the straight up linear progression. Some reading for you:

However, get Practical Programming. Things are laid out clearly there.

How weird. I stopped here on the way home. Got 2 garclic double steak burgers with a strawberry banana shake. Not surprisingly, I'm at 215lbs still gaining weight fairly easily.
