Left side of the body is stronger than the right side
Hello everybody.
My left side of the body is stronger than the right side of the body and it causes the bar to tend to the left side at the bottom of the squat. When I pull a deadlift, the left side is lifted liitle bit faster than the righht side.
How can I fix this and which exercises I have to do in order to fix my squat?
By the way, I write with my left hand.
Thanks!

I have a weak right shoulder, due to an old, fairly serious injury. I just make sure my form is good and keep the bar level (video helps a lot!). Eventually, my right shoulder will catch up, as will your right side.
Good form is the key, and AFAIK that's all it takes.

Stick with the program, focus on form and it'll all even out, at least it (mostly) did for me.

And if you don't have them, get proper lifting shoes.
