    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Does anyone know what the heel height is on these shoes?
    Rogues website doesn't mention it.

    The pair my wife has are close to 3/4".

    Power Perfect 3 is about 5/8". Sorry, I haven't actually measured any others.

    The effective heel height of Powerlift 4 is actually 15 mm (~.6").
