You are breaking at the knees first in the first rep. Break at hips and knees at the same time. Deload and use TUBOW

I tried to get my knees forward more, certainly felt better in my knees compared to the prior video I posted. I deloaded to working sets at 185 but it felt good so I kept working my way up adding 10lbs for sets of 5 until I got to 225lbs and my left knee got a little sore so I only did the 3 reps you see in the video. Please let me know what I need to work on, thank you.

Try whether turning your toes out a little helps your knees.
